Objective: to re-design the existing WordPress website for Paddle Into Fitness, in order to provide a sleeker, more modern look with increased functionality. The client requested a website that would allow them to move away from their expensive third-party payment system, offer an expanded line of products and offerings to their customers, display recent social media posts, and provide additional value to their affiliates.
Client Overview: Paddle Into Fitness offers instruction and certification for standup paddleboarding, SUP yoga, SUP fitness, and more. Although based in San Diego, they travel all over the world to offer unique retreats, adventures, and other experiences, including classes and certifications.
Highlights: A mobile-friendly design was essential, since their Instagram feed directs a lot of traffic to the website and they also get a lot of organic search traffic (which is now more than 50% mobile). Users needed easy access to training information, event calendars, videos, and payment options for certifications. We focused on beautiful imagery to highlight their unique products and services, clear navigation and call-to-action buttons to provide guidance to users, and lots of useful content to add value for both users and affiliated instructors. We also focused on optimizing the website for search engines (SEO) in order to attract potential customers from all over the world who may not already be aware of the brand.

Additional Customization: custom page layouts, automated integration of blog and testimonials for homepage module, social share options, social media feed integration.
