Objective: to transition Lily Lotus’s online store to an e-commerce platform with increased functionality that could be managed remotely.
Client Overview: Lily Lotus is a very successful yoga/lifestyle brand that operates an international wholesale business and two brick-and-mortar boutiques on Oahu. They had a great design for the site but needed a platform that would allow them to manage all their inventory and make changes on the go. They also wanted to add some features to attract new shoppers and to encourage brand loyalty with their current customer base.
Highlights: We moved the store to Shopify, an e-commerce solution that provides great design flexibility, excellent SEO and reporting features, and lots of plugins to manage complicated inventory systems. Using some custom HTML/CSS, we were able to replicate the design of the original site AND make some additions like a pop-up promotional offer for first-time visitors. We were also able to custom code a separate user experience for wholesale customers.
Features: responsive design, wholesale interface, social media feed, newsletter integration, multi-leveled discount options, contact form, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing setup, ongoing social media marketing.
Additional Customization: custom Liquid code to add wholesale application form, wholesale interface and “Events” page, Javascript for a modal window for promotions that would only be visible to first-time visitors, customization of theme to match proposed layout.
